we recently had a motor accident and this company handled the claim.......I have to say that their assessor Ian Daly dealt with the matter in a very professional and courteous way.......what could have been a very stressful experience turned out to be stress free....thank you TLSS

Rude staff, never called back when requested, told us to "buy a smaller car" when we disputed their settlement amount. Management refused to call to speak to us directly even when we made a complaint about their service and settlement procedure.
