Ian Bignal is the most arrogant over talking person I have ever delt with stay away from this company
Everything he says is correct when its clearly not and when your trying to explain something he constantly talks over your getting louder
He had a attitude like no other straight away
I had 1 because I've waited 8 weeks with nothing but problems from easy drive to be sent through to this

Absolutely useless company avoid at all costs, will do anything any everything they can to waste days of your time and ignore any evidence you submit that proves their decision is inaccurate... border criminals

Avoid at all costs.

This company was appointed to sign off my vehicle repair.

Despite the work being substandard the engineer signed my vehicle off to a commercial standard.

I then had to appoint a second independent engineer who agreed that the work was sub standard.

Evans Harding inspected my car after a non fault car accident, Evans were brilliant, made sure I knew exactly what was going on, brilliant service and would highly recommend them

Evans were appointed by the accident management company who arranged my insurance claim. They inspected my car promptly and accurately - I sent images in and they went over with me what images they needed. No damage was missed and they were spot on with the valuation. I had a couple of questions about the car being registered a total loss and the chap I spoke to on the phone was very informative.
Sad to see my car (2005 Peugeot 206) was a write off but after the ins and outs were explained to me, it was for the best to let the car go. The handler was very patient with me and very well informed.

Scam do not use them. Bunch of non professional. Avoid this company.
