Questions and requests are answered within minutes or hours, not days - and you can always call a friendly consultant if something is urgent or complicated.

For the bigger picture they are great for discussing the best way of doing things, with the option to pop into the office for a chat and to get fully on top of things once in a blue moon which for me has been a great added value.
