When I phoned in for an appointment I got to see Eliott Betts next day. He got straight to the issue as I was perplexed by a very large sum owing to Capitol Gains tax. His colleague said that he would first check to verify whether worth my while to visit. He was very kind and courteous and and has a great sense of humour which settled my nerves. He recognised straight away what my error was, and by analysing my calculations and knowing his stuff regards allowances, etc, he assured my that I owed nothing at all on the matter. This very professional guy gave me 45 minutes of his time to save a whole load of money and grief. I didn't have to pay for this information and as a female pensioner on my own I am always wary of being taken advantage of as my knowledge of tax and monies is very limited. I was so happy to have met a genuine, kind, and efficient advisor who gave me absolutely sound advice and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs to discuss their finances or any tax issues as his honesty and integrity is brilliant !!.
