I have been with Murrells for just over a year now and have been really pleased with the professional service I have received. My main dealings and training were with Duncan who has a lot of patience for all my questions! As a new business in this current climate there has been lots to sort out and Murrells have taken this on on my behalf which has been great.
Ryan gave me the advice and help I needed when I first started out which was really helpful and Grant has equally helped me through Covid times when needed. Overall , very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Murrells have been my accountants for over 25 years. I have always had excellent and professional service, but during the recent pandemic they really have gone the extra mile. Our furlough claims have been dealt with quickly and painlessly, with regular and timely email updates with information on the latest Government initiatives and guidelines. The support we have had from Jan with our payroll and Duncan with our new accounting system following MTD has been outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have used Murrells for several years now predominantly for our payroll, payroll over the last few years has become complex and outsourcing this administrative burden to Murrells has proved an excellent business decision, during this period Murrells have seamlessly implemented and maintain our Workplace Pensions and more recently taken full administrative control of our staff Furlough Scheme, this allows us to focus our time on running our business, especially in these difficult times. Rachael Gordon has always been our point of contact and I can only say we have always received first class service, queries answered quickly, admin always on time, always accurate and excellent value for money.

Moved to Murrells after an incredibly poor service from my previous accountant. Murrells have now streamlined my accounts and I can't believe how much easier they have made running my business. I always get a prompt response to correspondence and they fill me with confidence in an area of my business where I have felt vulnerable in the past.

I've been with Murrels for about 7 years, always had a really good working relationship with John Willis, always attentive and happy to accommodate my many questions I always throw at him. They have been taken over recently and though I was a little hesitant, the team there have been amazing, Grant looks after me day to day, helped me sort my mortgage in a time of need and is super on-it with everything I need... Donna and Rachael were super pro-active on feeding us all information about the pandemic and was able to sort out my furlough requirements. They are also good value for money, I've spoken to other firms prior to using them and they were cheaper then, I've not looked into it recently but the prices haven't really changed in all the time I've been with them. All in all, excellent all round
