After calling for advice i would give this practice 1 star for the reception staff who were very professional and friendly when i called and told me what i needed to know, i was then passed on to an accountant when i asked how to register i was met by a rant from what i could only say was one of the rudest men i have ever spoken to i was just asking a question and was not expecting that kind of response , he was rude and very unprofessional i would never recommend this practice stay well away VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN CAPITALS.

We were recommended Gareth Hughes Accountants when we moved to Llandudno 3 years ago to start our Bed and Breakfast business. This has been a great move on our part, the whole team especially Gareth and Mathew has made our start to business life easy and helped us with all our accounting needs and explained what to do and are at the end of the phone and email when we need help.

Sadly I have had to leave Gareth Hughes & co. I started my own business just over 3 years ago and engaged the services of this accountancy firm believing they would provide me with the tax advice/support a new start up business needs. Unfortunately, I feel that this didn’t happen and the level of service provided did not reflect the costs. If you are a sole trader/new business start up/small enterprise this is not the Accountancy firm for you.

We have been with Gareth Hughes & Co for a number of years now, Gareth and his team have always been polite, friendly and professional. We couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommended
