Didn't do any of the work they were supposed to. I am still receiving letters from HMRC for money I apparently owe. Still no sign of my VAT return and HMRC claim I owe them £127. Jill kept telling me not to pay amounts due because she was sorting it. Ended up having to pay anyway to avoid getting a CCJ. Can never get a response from them and now I need to find a new accountant to do the job properly. Would not recommend.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. 5 weeks of trying to speak to Jill. After politely requesting a callback or brief confirmation e mail to myself confirming required paperwork had been received and my tax return would be worked on in due course. Each of the 13 phone calls I made and various texts , not one reply, only excuses each time. Jill is out ! um no shes not shes busy! It is a shame far less effort was not put into a brief confirmation e mail than the Attached below - childish, unprofessional E mail I received from 'The Girls at all in one Accountancy' 5 weeks after first contact. Im sure anyone would feel as I did with this standard of service. A blessing no work was actually done for me.

Not quite sure why 1 star is the minimum. This is an actual scam! They’re offering a “service” of falsely claiming tax exemptions on behalf of clients without explaining what this means to the client and lining their own pockets with commission. Actual fraudsters at work. I haven’t yet contacted the scammers about their actions but I’ll try to update this review with their excuses.

Prediction: these reviews will flood in now. 1 year ago, the reviews were great, people had just been sent a tax return! 1/2 years later HMRC have realised the error and are claiming the discrepancies back. Where’s Dom when you need him?

Ith another accountancy firm. The new accountancy firm is unable to process my claim until receiving information from all in one. Despite text's calls emails over the last three months, still no reply!!

Absolute shambles if a company, never did a stroke of work for me, Jill is completely unresponsive to email, text or calls. I now owe fines and have also a large bill to pay to HMRC. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

i employed Jill to look at the discrepancies in my tax codes last year. whilst then she did a good job, this year i have had two changes in my tax code and now i am owing HMRC monies for expenses/professional fees she put in against a tax return which really messed up my tax this year. i asked her for proof of what she had done in writing and well nothing - so i spoke with HMRC who are now looking into this for me - she has gone to ground and under the freedom of information act failed to provide me with the details she held on file. I am PAYE and then she put in a self assessment return against me.

SCAMMERS AVOID !! Jill has scammed me and few of my friends please avoid !
