This company took over the business from my old accountant 2 years ago. In past 2 years, I have had a very bad experience with this company. I started my business in 2005 with an International Trading bachelor degree(did some basic accounting course) so I have a basic accounting knowledge along with my business experience. The personal who submitted my personal income tax return has no idea what she/he does. No question was rise to me if they do not understand, no correct tax advice was given for my other sourced income. Even after they made mistake on the tax return, no apologise at all. Just told me that I do not understand how to do it. I would not suggest this company to anyone as they might mess up your accounts honestly. 18/02/2021
