Maxipay Accounting Services Ltd

I was disappointed today by Maxipay. I work for agency which pays my wages through Maxipay. And 100% sure when I was doing my contract with Maxipay I asked about time when l get my wages, and I have been told before 12pm.
Today, before 4pm I made phone call and Maxipay staff in other side told me that cause my agency transferred my wages today morning I will have my wages by 6pm, they are so busy.

I asked my agency about late payments and look like agency always transferred all agency workers money on Friday morning.
I checked with other workmates , they had wages around 12pm. The man who I had chat on the phone from Maxipay doesn't care about client . He was not at all pleasant to talk to. After the conversation, I felt really bad, As if I asked for his personal money. I feel humiliated, awful. Time is 18pm and still no wages . Today is Friday.

Is Saturday 30, nd still not recived my weekly payment. Not email, not sms… until Monday I cannot talk to the office. Afther working hard all the week, I cannot get my money with me. What a shame

I have used Maxipay for many years now and I’m totally happy with the services I receive from them. Not sure why there are many bad reviews here about time of payments etc, but currently, I receive my payments @ 9 am on Fridays. I have absolutely no issues with that as they have never failed to pay me nor have they short paid me before. If I had any doubts with the payments I’ve received, I would contact them if relevant and they usually respond to me very promptly.

I’m my opinion, I think that they process invoices when and if sent to them by the agencies. So if for some reason an agency delays or fails to send an invoice, that will inevitably have a knock on effect on the processing time by Maxipay. Again, some agencies might even not admit that the delays might’ve been caused by them, but will create the impression that the other party (Maxipay)was to be blamed. I’m speaking from my friends/colleagues shared experiences.
All in all, I’m satisfied with the services I receive from Maxipay

If there’s a name for cheating and ripping people off their pay with exorbitant and ridiculous fees and very rude staff, made me cry for my money for days ,let me know I will come back to comment…. For now let me reserve my comment.

Awful! Absolutely abysmal attitude from the women who answered the phone to me this morning. I called maxipay as I was in search of a new umbrella company. A woman answered the phone with a “hello” not “hello my name is … and you’re through to maxipay etc… I told her why I was calling and she said she would put me through to another person, another woman then came on the phone and greeted me in the same way “hello” - I thought we’ll who am I speaking to now? She then went on “I said hello, can you not hear me?!” Honestly, how rude!! Absolutely vile company, they won’t be getting my business and judging from the reviews on trust pilot and here it’s probably a blessing in disguise. If they can’t even greet people in a professional capacity, imagine how they treat you as a client. Thanks but no thanks maxipay!

Wish I read and listened to reviews! They will rip you off, because you pay their company’s NI. It will be deducted from your payslip. So if you are on £30/h your take home will be £17.7/h. Run and don’t look back!

This company needs shutting down by hmrc now ! I will be contacting them! They offered me a way of being outside the ir35 ! Then we’re going to charge me £50 a week just so I could be a limited company. Spoke to an accountant they said they are acting as a Third party and what they are doing is illegal and tax avoidance. Stay clear ! Pleased I didn’t join ! Would give 0 star if I could !

I was looking for a financial service and came across the reviews in here. A company that helps to stay out of the IR35?? No thankyou very much indeed!!!
