Davis and Co have been very quick to help resolve tax return issues, and have worked to an average level of accuracy (were quick to fix errors I noticed prior to submission). However have been disappointed that the invoice for their services was ~+60% higher than what I was expecting due to them billing me per minute to call HMRC to chase progress on my return. When raising this concern with the business I was met with uninterested single sentence responses. Have chosen to take my business elsewhere.
