Shocking service. Once we had been signed in by the owner, he seemed to disappear off the face of the earth. We got passed around different staff, had to remind them to complete our tax and VAT returns. All they did was pocket our money and did very little work in return. I sent a written complaint into the owner and it was just swept under the rug - felt completely ignored and unimportant.
