So basically I have been treated so unfairly by this accountant they have not done their job probably causing me a loss and they did nothing about it bare in mind that I have been a long term customer with her she does not communicate or tell me what is happening when I call her she doesn’t pick the phone even the people in the office do not pick up the phone she is always late to our appointment sometimes 1 hour late sometimes she just cancel on me such a waste of time
She is asking for cash payment only then she always forget that I paid her and asks me again then I have to remind her in general so unprofessional and I have been always patient but it got to the point where it’s too much
