It is with regret that I have to give such a poor review, but unfortunately it is warranted. I had dealings with this company 4 years ago - the price of which I am still paying today. Currently pursuing legal action - staff are untrained and Prince himself referred to a late staff member as an alcoholic who wasn't professional and that's why certain tasks I required were ignored. On top of that he said he's getting his legal team to get back to him - a lie - this was MONTHS ago. I wouldn't trust these reviews considering some of them have been written by Prince's FAMILY. Poor customer service, and made a right mess of my account - putting incorrect details online that should have never been there, and it's now impossible to remove on HMRC's end. I'm appalled by this service! If you are looking for someone to go above and beyond, this is NOT the company. Will be writing a greater in depth review on my blog.
