ICS Accounting

I have used a number of umbrella companies in the past, but have stuck with ICS Umbrella for a number of years now, due to their excellent service. Whenever I have had a query, I have had assistance quickly. I cannot fault the service I have received. Thank you to the team for your assistance and support!

Absolute shambles; I have received notice from ICS that I will be getting my P45 on 1/11 despite being extended until 1/2023. P45 Notice received from ICS day after I received my payslip from ….ICS. Total incompetence for which I am charged£80 per month and encouraged to refer a friend.

We first moved our payroll over to ICS around 3 years ago. There has been some ups and downs over the years and there was a point I considered leaving... Since Lisa took over our account, I feel as though it is once again in safe hands.

I’ve been delighted with ICS Accounting services from day 1.

They have simple and clear systems that give great visibility of your business performance and the taxation due as it accrues.

They have completed my self assessment forms promptly efficiently and accurately taking away any worries.

And I can also report excellent guidance and advice from Sonia Donovan who looks after all of my requirements.

I used the umbrella company service- This is the 2nd time using ICS as I didn't had any problems the first time around. This 2nd time around has been a poor experience! Payroll don't respond to emails, despite getting payment from my agency twice I had to chase payroll to enquiry why I didn't get paid. The first reason they provided that it was a system failure and the 2nd time the payment was missed. ICS do deduct a lot compared to other umbrella company providers, unsure why considering they offer poor service.

It's so time consuming to be chasing ICS every week to ensure I get paid therefore I left and find another umbrella company provider.
