Been with this firm of accounts since 2016. Never contacted them other than for yearly accounts and payroll changes. However, during these unprecedented times of hardship, communication with them has been met with being ignored or with arrogance. If you can’t be available for your clients during these difficult times, you will leave us no option but to seek services elsewhere once we climb out of these difficult times.
