Very experienced practitioners. Particularly like the Chinese herb concoction. Clear my sore throat straight away. Highly recommend.

I visited Herbs Plus in Blackheath last night and received my first consultation for - Migraines, headaches, Chronic Upper Body Pain, Bladder issues, low energy, stress, other muscle pain, eye spasms etc. Prof Zhu was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time with my consultation for my accupunture. When it came to the session he was quick and efficient advising me what was going on. What needles were for certain areas. He also used an electrical current on the needles in my arms and added herbs which were set on fire to help with my energy pathways and dampness. Afterwards he gave me some cupping and a massage which was very soothing. The whole session was relaxing and quite insightful. Due to working for the NHS he gave me some sessions free if I booked 5. Can’t wait for my next sessions.

I was very impressed with my treatments at Herbs Plus. A combination of acupuncture, cupping, and massage alleviated chronic neck pain brought on from lugging my large baby around all day. Incredibly relaxing and healing each time, highly recommend.
