Polite and friendly staff. The atmosphere is very nice too. I always get my treatments done from Shaamyy, especially full body wax. She is extremely good and fast. And does bikini wax in a jiffy!!!

Herbal world is the place place for Beauty in Morden. Shammy knows well what she is doing. She is the best in skin consultancy. I had my regular facial treatment of demanding skin and now my facial skin is actually breathing and looks 5 years young. I am very much satisfied with the services.

About a few weeks ago I went for a full body wax - Ladies be warned..... No doubt she is amazing at doing the bikini area, hollywood didn't hurt too much and she was very quick, covering a large area at a time. Full Hollywood was done in about 15mins or so.

My main issue was my upper arms and shoulders. Naturally for me the skin is more sensitive and thinner and she should of known not to wax more than twice or bruising occurs. That's exactly what happened. my left shoulder was bruised so bad it had turned black blue and took a week to get back to normal even after telling her don't wax too many times.

The sad thing is in order to get a perfect wax you really need to direct the lady on what to do - which is so annoying as they are 'supposedly' experts. She did give me an £8 discount to compensate. Yes that is all.

To be honest I was debating on whether I should put this review up or not but it's best to know what your getting yourself into.

Love the treatments you can have here especially the reflexology. I came out feeling refreshed and can’t wait to go back for my next treatment! It’s surprisingly big inside, I had no idea they did all the treatments till I found them online! Their prices are very reasonable and the service is very good. 👏🏼

Shamy is the only person i let do my eyebrows she's amazing... Totally professional we always have a nice conversation. She's quick and i always leave with perfect brows... Everyone in herbal world is very friendly. Will be a customer for life.. :)
