Absolute worst experience I have had! All started well enough, just wanted a 30 min massage and 30 min in the sauna. I sensed a change in the masseuse's attitude when I politely turned down her offer for a happy ending. She became cold and seemed in a rush to get me out. I had my 30min in the sauna then took another towel to use in the shower. I was done in about 5min and when dressing she came in and demanded that I pay £10 more as I had stayed for 15 min extra. Asked in the right way I would have been happy to oblige but she went on to complain about the towels I had used and kept demanding more money. After telling her in no uncertain terms that I was not paying a cent more she began shouting and asked me to never come back. I used to like this place and have been many times before but never again!
