I suffer with M.E. and have been going to Matt for nearly 12months after a bad relapse last year. He has helped me tremendously with my energy levels with acupuncture and also massage. As a dance teacher I really feel the benefit from the back massage. Matt has also been very helpful and supportive. I highly recommend him.

I JT have been having treatment from Matt Budd for about 3 months.
He has been helping me with problems with my back following a
STROKE this is helping me stand and bend with out PAIN.

I have received 3 treatments from Matthew and the results have been amazing !
I went with hip and knee pain which has been ongoing for 5 years or more.
I have had chiropractic treatment, physiotherapy, tried magnets, pain pads etc,
and more recently received steroid injections from the Dr which lasted no more than a couple of months.
I suffer from MS and had a considerable weakness in my left leg which was causing an inbalance in my gait.
Following accupuncture last Wednesday the strength in my leg was nothing short of amazing.

I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition ...Polymyalgia Rheumatica, for which the only conventional treatment is steroids. This medication can cause a whole range of irreversible side effects, so my mission is to reduce them and get off them asap. I'd read that acupuncture can help with autoimmune conditions, so I came along with an open mind to give it a go. I found Matt friendly, professional and helpful at all times. I underwent a course of 10 sessions. For the first 7 of those sessions, I can't say I felt any change in the level of pain I had been experiencing. From the 8th session however, there was a definite improvement. I have reduced my steroid intake since starting the course . Although I cannot be sure this has had anything to do with the acupuncture, if you are considering it as a treatment to try, it may well be worth a go. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt if you are looking for a knowledgeable and reassuring acupuncture specialist. I intend to carry on doing the "homework" he recommended too!

Suffering with arm problems over a long period and not wanting to take pills, I sought help from Matthew, who after the initial consultation, identified the problems, proceeded with the acupuncture treatment, from which I gained considerable relief of stiffness and movement in my arms and shoulders.
