We were warmly greeted by Caroline on arrival. She put us completely at ease and offered to assist as and if we required. We had a good look around then asked for help with our specific interests. The help was really great and the whole visit was comfortable.
At the till Caroline once again gave exemplary service by making sure we didn't miss out on offers that we were eligible for but had not realised, meaning we were able to get another item completely for free as well as a really useful book/guide at no extra charge.
All in all I cannot fault the service and would definitely go back here.
In terms of stock - I doubt there are many things that the majority of people could be looking for in this particular sector of retail, that they would not find here.
Store itself is really well organised and laid out and an extremely pleasant environment.
I am sure we will be back :)

Me and my partner visited here with some specific toys in mind. We were a little nervous but on entry (pardon the pun) we were greeted by the lovely Caroline who was on hand to put her at ease. There was a good selection of products and it met our expectations. We will be visiting again for sure.

Litchfield store is large and well equipped. The guy in store made us feel at ease and left us to browse. When asked for help he answered our questions and gave us advice, helping us decide on our purchase. Lovely store

It was our first time visiting and it was great! Phil helped us find the items we were looking for and had some great tips! Lots of goodies for all tastes! Will definitely be back!

Excellent selection of stock, we were served by Ruth and she was super helpful without being overbearing or invasive!! We both felt really comfortable the whole time and overall had a great experience. Would recommend :)
