The team at Orchard were so friendly and helpful when filming 360 video of our VR wedding. Special thanks to Glenn and Rhys, as they went above and beyond.

Burning lantern festival. Paid £50 for a ticket. 30 minutes of music watching, 2 hours of queuing for drinks. I went hungry cos .... more queues. Poorly organized. No screens so view was rubbish.

Myself and two friends attended the Levellers gig at Caerphilly Castle last Saturday. Fantastic location, brilliant atmosphere and we had an amazing time but....why weren't we allowed to take our own food in when the gig was on for well over 6 hours? We were told there would be a range of food to buy including vegetarian and vegan but there were only 2 stalls, one selling chicken and the other selling pizza. One of my friends and I are vegan plus she is diabetic so it wasn't only disappointing to find we couldn't buy anything to eat but it was also worrying in case her blood-sugar levels crashed. Also, the bar didn't sell any spirits, just Heinekin, wine and two flavours of cider, not sure if this was to serve people more quickly but it was a bit annoying to go to a bar and not have much of a choice. I feel that it's unfair not to allow people to bring their own food especially if there isn't a good range of options within the venue. The gig was a sellout and there was a massive crowd there so the food and drink could have been much better.

Unfortunately our experience with Think Orchard did not ended up the best way. This company requested us to provide a wine tour for a show they were shooting around Bordeaux. We gave them a special rate a in exchange of a short movie about our activity...Which we never got.
Despite our multiple reminders our calls remain silent.

We spend time and effort to give them the best experience possible and that's how we got rewarded. Not cool

Great company providing a range of services for the events industry, with a lot of friendly staff who are always there to help you with any need! Great company to work for too!

Had a fab time at the studios today . Was invited to watch the final version of the new TFW tv ad ahead of the first screening to be aired tomorrow . All the staff were very welcoming and the facilities excellent .
