I am going there since 2020.I mainly go there for my special need child. He love this place very much. The stuff is very good and helpful. But unfortunately their manager kelly is not very good to my son.Because of her behaviour since last 4/5 months I try to go there as less as I can. From a autistic child she can't accept to follow all rule and regulation and which is not very necessary too.Because of this issue when she start argument with me badly my son got affected mentally.I am very very sorry to say her behave with a autistic boy undoubtedly rude . ..now I
am finding with whom I can share the issue . I am wanting to explain more much about her behaviour with a autistic boy but I cant because of my limited English ...

ROASTING!! I know it’s been unbearable recently, but to have a activity that is so physical and not have air con is ridiculous. Your staff are suffering and so are your Customers. Yes I understand it’s at a great cost, but I’m sure if you supply a comfortable environment for staff and customers, everyone will enjoy it more.

Our first visit today for the toddler session, which was good value. Having seen mixed reviews, especially regarding staff attitude I was concerned. However staff were super friendly and polite, even when I accidentally broke the rules and used an area not open to toddlers! It's a good thing that strict rules are in place it keeps everyone safe and having a good time. We will definitely be back

The place itself is alright and good fun, and the 2 boys enjoyed themselves! However it took much longer than high altitude to queue and get in, and the guy demonstrating the video didn't speak to nor interact with the children at all. He just started doing stretches randomly alongside the video. My son didn't even cotton on he was supposed to be copying him until he saw another child who had been before doing it.
We were also going to have a bit of dinner there before leaving, like we do at High Altitude, but it turned out that although they offer hotdogs, burgers etc... they don't actually offer you the option to buy chips to go with them unless you've booked a birthday party. I thought that was ridiculous to be honest. So we will be going elsewhere to eat.
It's also not made clear where to park on the website, and so we ended up losing our way and phoning up.
Bit annoyed about the whole experience really. Like I said, the place is good but the customer service could be much better.

My 4 year old did climbing. The two guys running it were fantastic. The way they encouraged her, pointed us towards the most appropriate walls and gave her pointers was perfect. Something that could have put her off as she is smaller just built her resilience and she had super fun. What a great intro to climbing.

Had a wonderful experience at gravity Norwich particularly staff member Ellie who was super helpful at the desk getting us ready and then was awesome playing with my little boy who was a little nervous about jumping in the park and going on the slides. Parent and toddler fun for sure at a great price. Highly recommend

Brilliant! So much fun for all ages! We went with friends and as a family aging from 4 - 34. We all had a fantastic time! We will definitely be going again. Well staffed, rules were managed well. If you want a family discount you need to plan ahead by 10days or it's not applied. Wish I'd known that in advance but I do for next time.
