Not sure what they're like from a 'customer' point of view, can only refer to the laughable experience I had with their HR and woeful recruitment process...Applied for a 'Business Analyst' role, plenty of relevant experience so they were interested... heard nothing for about 2 months... Pushed recruitment agency to find out was the role still being actively recruited or not... Apparently it was, but not definite as someone from AJW 'had gone sick' so no-one knew what was happening... Finally, after around 3 (?) Months, arrived for interview... Only to be told I was being interviewed for a totally DIFFERENT role... Did what I could but, obviously had prepared for the role I was supposed to be interviewed for so unsurprisingly got a 'Dear John'... omni-shambolic is too kind for this lot! Be warned...

Fantastic on-site facilities, hybrid working for office roles, and a forward-thinking global operation innovating within the aerospace sector. Professional and welcoming. Opportunities for progression no matter the entry level. Great food in the restaurant, free parking, access to the Downs Link footpath… the list goes on 👍
