The food was nice and they even were nice enough to give me a replacement for food that they didn’t have. However the waiting time took so long even though it was just down the road from where I live.

I'm all for supporting Black local businesses,but I can't support this 'Tom Foolery!' I orderd the 'Assorted meat pepper soup' and 'Curry goat stew'. The assorted meat soup,had 'NO MEAT' at all! just some animals stomach lining/intestines (which I didn't eat) and was sold to me 'FROZEN'! not freshly prepared?!?, the curry goat,was swimming in 'OIL!' only one portion size of meat which was lamb not goat meat or anything resembling the 'authentic' curry goat stew.. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy!

Consistency is an issue here. Ordered curry goat , it’s so unseasoned it tastes like beef sometimes. Also so watery ! Maybe get authentic Caribbean chefs ?

I ordered from here last Saturday, as we had a hankering for egusi. We ordered pounded yam & assorted meat. I live 3-4 miles from the premises. The food arrived ahead of the delivery time.
The food was fresh, plentiful & tasty. And everyday I've been wanting more of it, since eating it. A full range of assorted meats, not just shaki & some beef
My only critique is that the takeaway menu is not clearly laid out. I thought I ordered the pounded yam meal, but I got a call from Mr P setting there was no amala, just pounded yam. It could be made clearer that there is a set swallow meal, & individual components sold separately.
Other than that, all was good. I'm pleased I don't live near there, or I'd never be out of the place

I was a regular at this place via deliveroo until I recently saw there hygiene rating was just #1, yes ONE. completely 🤢

Omg the okra with meat and fufu was superb meat was tender the sauce was just my mouth is watering just thinking about a lot of meat and fufu was giving thank you ❤️❤️❤️

One of my favourite African spot. Staff here are hardworking, respectful and responsible.
As for the food on show they have got it all.
They're on Just Eat, Uber Eat or you can slide in to get your flavour.
Finally here is always clean which is of importance.
Don't take my words for it go there and see for yourself.

I'm sorry but I am disappointed in the service. Waiting for 10mins, someone else comes in to the shop and is served before me (because mine needs to be warmed). This useless shop can have only 1 person in the queue, and you can still wait 30mins to be served. If you cannot handle just eat/uber/deliveroo alongside your normal service the PICK ONE. GUYS IF YOU ARE HUNGRY, FORGET THIS USELESS PLACE OOO. Never to see me again. 💀💀💀
