The worst agency I have ever worked with. They lie there time keeping is really bad. A lot of their staff can not speak English. When you call its like your bothering them. They can be very spiteful to their staff. I wouldn't want them to look after my pet much another human being. Really bad dishonest service. They need to be looked into as they are obviously only interested in the money and not caring for others.

The worst service ever received, particularly from a “carer” called Khadijah. She ALWAYS showed up late and never did the work properly and never worked her allocated time and still claimed full pay. When my grandma asked her to at least make up the time for coming late because she needed help, Khadijah had the audacity to swear (and use other very inappropriate language) at my grandma and stormed out. I would not recommend this company to anyone for what my elderly grandma has been through with Khadijah. I tried to call up and complain but they do not do anything. I’m trying to escalate this further as this is unacceptable.

The best care ever severed in the whole of the UK awesome care nice caring staff till today No1 care. I wish there were more like this care!!!

Stay away from these people, the admin Ramda is cruel and full of lies, the staff are not trained some of them barely speak any English, and they always complaints about being paid way below the normal wage

Provide good and effective service, kind carers, and consistent service. Would recommend based on my own good experience with the company.

They will try to do most things. They will take on jobs and clients most agencies won't. Only thing with caring agencies is the same everywhere. The quality of the staff. But even the lowest skilled one is miles better than the previous company.
