Friendly staff and very convenient location.
Excellent service provided with a little humorous banter to put a smile on everyone's face.

One member of staff in the stores very curt and unhelpful, all the rest are great but I tend not to visit this branch if I can help it due to the rudeness of the young man in the stores, pity as I've been using them for over 30 years

Really good place to go for your farming needs. The girls and guys are always chatty and pleasant to talk to. So I can't argue with it at all.

The staff are extremely helpful and always friendly,they have limited stock of some items like electric fence parts

Lovely friendly, helpful staff, my car failed to start in their carpark, when I went to get some chick feed, there was no wifi signal, so a staff member gave my local garage number, & the warehouse staff tried to jump start it for me. Now that's just first class, Diolch yn fawr iawn i chi i gyd.

Friendly staff. Been a lot recently in the last couple of years. A lot of confusion with their loyalty card, but they seem to be trying to help.
