Just had a great service from here. Particularly though, from Robin in parts. I needed some items by the end of the week and Robin went beyond the call of duty to ensure I got them. Knowledgeable and courteous too. Thank you, Robin.

Needed parts for kubota digger.
Parts department was skeleton staff due to the pandemic.
They was sorted paid for and then delivered the following day !

Was ok, could have done better tho, I came to collect something for the company I work for and I asked if that was everything to which they said that some of it was already collected. Unfortunately it wasn't and must have been thinking of somewhere else so they only gave me half the order had to wait for the next day to be delivered. Need to check carefully.

Lister have really gone downhill. Used to get excellent service here in years gone by. Now, takes an age to get simple, common parts, not informed when they arrive and pricing is no longer remotely competitve. Such a shame.

Ordered some Kubota parts and must say the guy in parts Robin was excellent, he new the product and the parts I wanted then sorted them for the next day and even went out of his way to get them delivered straight away aswell.

Its very expensive for somethings, but worth every penny when you deal with the ground care parts and servicing team.
Kevin, Tim and a hand full of outstanding members including receptionists of the team are the only reason why we return.

They are super profeshional, always polite and have always gone above and beyond to help us for meny years.

However being a very long term customer we have experienced terrible customer service from other departments with upper management portrayaing that's how listerwilder is happy to conduct business with you.
Due to that we where left with no choice and so took all of our business to another.
