Sheets damaged on delivery.
Told the driver and he said no problem just ring and tell them.
When I rang they said it wasn’t written on the delivery note so I’d be charged for replacement.
I told them the driver was aware but apparently he now doesn’t remember any damage!!!! Must have Alzheimers
Buyer beware. If you use these dodgy suppliers make sure you itemise damage on the delivery note.
Better still give your business to a reputable company

Appalling customer service - AVOID
I would strongly recommend not using this company - purchase products elsewhere if you value customer service! The background is that in late 2019 I purchased euro fibre cement sheets, paying extra for farmstead - anthracite in colour. These items were described as having paint infused into the top layers. Sheets were fitted and within a few weeks they were mottled grey - contacted briarwood who told me this was efflorescence and a natural phenomenon which would dissipate over time. 2 years later it has not and I now have a roof structure which is not the colour I purchased and looks completely out of place with the ridge tiles and fascias purchased at the same time from Briarwood that have stayed Anthracite in colour. Upon complaining to Briarwood they denied any manufacturing defect, declined the offer to visit to inspect goods and then offered me some paint!! A disgraceful company to deal with - customer service nil!
