Unreliable and unprofessional. (2 hours late collecting from the airport, rude and unhelpful when calling to ask where they were) The last things you want an airport transfer service to be. I have about 10 transfers per year to and from LHR (5 round trips). I used them for 1 trip (to and from LHR) as they were a fair bit less than my usually airport chauffeur. However I see why now. Would never use them again even if they were free.

Used twice for the dreaded Gatwick route; always on time, always friendly & helpful and a very reasonable price. The driver even waited for nearly an hour on the return journey (flight late in) - at no extra charge, nice :)
