Tri Star Executive Travel (Cardiff Chauffeur Service)

I have used them twice (both for airport transfers). They are the best possible. They always kept me updated before the travel by sending the driver details beforehand. The person arrived before the timelimit and was always patient and polite. The services were simply excellent and professional throughout the travel.

Can be more happy with the service from the team from the booking to the pickups. The driver was outstanding, well dressed and provided cold refreshments in the car. The standard of the vehicles is what you expect from a chauffeur service, highly recommend.

The whole team has been incredible. I enquired about having my elderly parents brought from London to Cardiff. Right from the first response the admin team was polite, thorough and accommodating. I was sent photos of the car as reassurance too. The driver was lovely, helped them and let them take their time. He stopped at services and didn’t rush them. I had to change the dates and times of journeys and was never made to feel bad about it. I HIGHLY recommend Tri Star and will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much!

Truly an amazing company! We were getting married and wanted a luxury car for my Bride and her party to get to the venue and for us to be collected back to the hotel. Paresh was amazing with us giving us all options based on how many people we may have, and even told us about ribbons on the car (which we had forgotten!). When Ramesh arrived he made life easier for my wife (even pulling over quickly for her to have a smoke to calm her nerves!). We wanted to leave earlier than we had booked....not an issue Ramesh messaged back and within 15 minutes was there for us. Had a great laugh with him in the car as well. We recently used Tri-star to bring our family of 6 from Cardiff airport to the Midlands. Ramesh was our driver and he was lovely. The car was immaculate and there was water and chargers in the car. The booking procedure was simple and Ramesh was waiting at the airport when we got in. The journey home was effortless and I would definitely use Tri-star again and highly recommend them.

Perfect way to travel home after a long flight. Ramesh met us in arrivals, helped with bags, was professional and polite and most importantly got us home safely. Car was beautifully clean and comfortable with an ice cold bottle of water waiting. The booking side was easy and i felt secure knowing that we would be looked after. Her driver arrived early, so no worry about the car not arriving on time. He also helped her elderly dad to and into the car. And had a good chat with the driver.
