Words almost fail me to describe this company. We have been waiting 5 days to retrieve 2 suitcases that contain many memories of two deceased grandparents. And by the look of it, many more days, and that's if they ever find the luggage. And if their deaths were not enough to deal with, we now have to deal with Swissport.
I can only say that this company has systemic failures across the board. Rude staff combined with no one caring. Phones not answered, emails never responded to.
Only management can be held accountable, so please, Jude Winstanley,
Managing Director UK & Ireland, please step down and let someone in who can run this business properly. You clearly can't.
And shame on Google for not allowing zero stars. Swissport does not deserve even one.

Lousy, unacceptable customer service. Nobody at customer service desk, no reply whatsoever 3 days now, no one answers the phone (10 tries so far). Suitcase not traceable (despite a direct flight to Bristol). Does Swissport actually exist? Worst customer service ever experienced…

Would rate them in the minus numbers. Flew from Lanzarote with TUI and landed at 2.51am - took until 4.45am to receive our luggage. Other flights came and went and our luggage was no where to be seen. No one from Swissport to talk to and even the border control staff and Jet2 staff were saying how bad they are and how frequently this happens. Absolutely ridiculous.

Given 1 star because I couldnt give zero or minus. This isn't intended to the swissport staff who may work hard but more to the staff higher up who need to sort it out. Both flights with TUI and Jet2 have been affected by swissport and our baggage. We flew in June and are now at the end of September and are facing the issue again. Absolute joke. Easyjet and DHL nail it absolutely everytime...won't fly with airlines that use swissport ever again.

Took over an hour and a half for them to move the luggage to the conveyor belt. Enquired with the Jet2 staff and they informed me that Swissport handle their baggage on their behalf, but there wasn’t any reply from them. Was a shower of rubbish!

Expensive, grubby, poor service and a joke! It's only advantage is it's locality. The disabled parking is incredible. Take your blue pass to a desk at the far end of the concourse and you get free 20 minutes. It takes me longer than that to walk there and return. Heathrow is cheaper and much better. You can actually drive to the front of the terminal. Not so at Bristol.

Awful Useless badly-run company. They are frequently PARTICULARLY useless at Bristol, but apparently also like to make sure that when you get back at 2am or thereabouts that they deprive you of as much of your remaining potential sleep by not having any plan in place to actually get your luggage off the plane...and wait half an hour to tell you there’s a problem while you look at the carousel. Have thought of writing a review before, now can’t help myself.

I have had an absolute nightmare trying ro contact Lufthansa regarding out lost luggage which has been missing for 14 days, we thankfully got the number for Swissport amd i spoke to Kate who has been amazing. These guys are hsving ro pick up the slack from all the airline’s complete ineptitude and have a slew of luggage they have to deliver. Thankfully we were able to collect it in person amd cannot be more grateful for the compassion and promptness in returning most of out luggage
