Good product but terrible and abusive customer care. Please approach other alternative practitioners who respect their clients. Would rate as 0 if i could.

Came to this shop because I was interested, wanted to lean more, and wanted to try some new products.
HOWEVER, the lady who works here spent the hole time on her phone, and I felt like tried she tried to rush me out the shop.
Worst coustomer service I've experienced in a long time.
No wonder the place is always empty.

Absolutely terrible. I went in to buy some tea. The woman forced me to sit down and then charged me £10.00 for a consultation!??!! What's that all about. I would of just walked out if it wasn't for my husband trying to calm the situation.AVOID GOING HERE. Complete joke

Wish I checked the reviews before I went in. £10 for 5 minutes chat, they do not tell you there is a charge and refuses to give money back. DO NOT USE these ripoff merchants, STAY WELL AWAY

Waste of money ...after 3 sessions, the pain only went for a bit..however the pain came back!!!

I got appointment 11am and DR CHINA IS NOT EVEN OPEN !
Very frustrating!
Online saying from 10am-6pm and now I just want my refund !!!
