I bought a Groupon voucher with my husband for a 30min cupping and 60min acupuncture treatment. Kang booked us in on the same day and the day after, which was a pleasant surprise because usually it takes at least 1-3 months to book a treatment on Groupon! She was very bespoke on the treatment (although it was a highly discounted Groupon voucher). She did a needs assessment and I explained to her that I have a very stressful job and my neck and upper back needs more attention, and she did exactly what I wanted!

The only thing I would point out is that the full treatment is not 90 minutes which may be slightly misleading on Groupon as it does not explain it, but it is 60minutes as you will receive the cupping treatment at the same time and halfway through the acupuncture treatment. Nevertheless, I came out very relaxed and highly recommend Kang.

Purchased a Groupon voucher. The doctor that performed my acupuncture and cupping was absolutely incredible! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to relieve their stress or heal any ailments. I've already rebooked my next appointment. Very friendly staff! Thank you see you soon.

I had acupuncture appointment today. Not a good service, the girl forgot about needles she left in my legs. Quite dismissive and unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend it.

My mother has been frequenting this establishment consistently for a few years and has always spoken highly of the practitioners. During a visit home last year, she suggested I seek treatment but being very fond of my acupuncturist in Brooklyn, I was skeptical that they could live up to her hype. While I love acupuncture, I am very needle phobic hence why I'm attached to my regular acupuncturist. I was very pleasantly surprised and have made it a practice of having a treatment here whenever I'm in London. The practitioners are attentive, kind, very agile with the needles, so much so that I often don't feel them, and the positive effects last and last. The massages are firm and the cupping some of the most vigorous I've ever had. I love coming here and appreciate these lovely women immensely.

Having tried a number of acupuncturists, I stumbled upon Organic Hammersmith while walking from Hammersmith to Shepherds Bush and half-heartedly went it to make an appointment. The ladies at Reception are so warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease and some of my apprehension eased. After the initial consultation, the lady doctor understood exactly the treatment I required and has been treating me regularly for nearly three years. I call her the ‘magic lady’ because after every combined treatment of acupuncture, cupping and massage, my whole being feels rejuvenated. Thank you ladies for your excellent service.

I wasn't given a consultation - barely had a chance to explain what was wrong with me before being brusquely asked what treatment I wanted. I explained that I had come to ask their advice on my particular issue and without hearing about anything beyond the words 'I think I have a trapped nerve', I was told I'd need two treatments in the one visit at a total of £50 and to pay upfront. Acupuncture and deep tissue massage. I'm hopeful that the pain I'm now in and have been since my session last night, is part of how I'm supposed to feel and that it hasn't made my issue worse. I will never know because there was no suggestion of what to expect, follow up care or anything that would demonstrate that they gave a toss after taking my payment. There was half a glass of red wine on the sink in the treatment room. I don't mind a 'no frills' service but this was beyond the pale.
