Great deep tissue massage. After a fairly stressing period at work, developed a lower back pain that it just wasn't going away. I booked Stephen for a 90min deep tissue massage after which I felt very relaxed and made the pain go away. He was also very kind in showing me some stretching exercises that I've been practising since. The pain is completely gone and I am more aware of my posture when working. Having started yoga practice quite intensely a couple of months ago I needed a deep tissue massage to help iron out a few aches and some tightness. Stephen was fantastic. He asked thoughtful questions and discussed options before getting started. The massage was tailored, responsive and expertly delivered. The rooms were clean and professional and well located in London Bridge (at Neal’s Yard Borough). Over all, a great experience. Stephen is conscientious, highly skilled and very polite. I highly recommend him.
