Absolutely rejuvenating! Reena is an absolute amazing, friendly and understanding therapist. She made me feel at ease and is full of a wealth of knowledge about how the body works and gave appropriate advice tailored to my needs. The treatment itself was calm, relaxed and pain-free. I am so glad I have discovered colonic cleansing, it's unbelievable how much rubbish and toxins come out which have built-up and stuck in the gut lining. Left me feeling wonderfully revitalized and I could actually feel a difference in my gut after only 1 treatment. Definitely recommend this cleanse at least once if not twice a year, for the body to be cleaned out and functioning to its full potential. Thank you Reena!

I had my first treatment on Thursday.

I was very nervous but was soon made to feel very at ease. Everything was explained in great detail.

The treatment itself was uncomfortable at times but I expected that. With constant feed back and communication with reena I moved past these moments.

The day after I felt very tired but today 2 days post treatment I feel incredible I’ve woken with such a clear mind. A drastically reduced tummy and no pains.

I will definitely be adding this into my self care plan and will be back and highly recommend this place to any one who has IBS and needs a reset.

Well, what can I say . I had an appointment to see this lady at her surgery on Monday 12-09-22. I was almost bent double in pain from a blockage in my bowel . Nothing prescribed would shift the thing . I arrived over with duly signed off paper work and was greeted by Reena at the door . A most welcoming lady who with in minutes had settled my worries or fears I was having to have this procedure carried out. She is a most wonderful kind and thoughtful lady and carry's out her works to the highest professional standards. From the time I arrived to the time I left , which by the way seemed a very brief time but was in fact just over an hour . She kept talking to me explaining what was happening and reassurance from her was most welcoming . By the time the procedure had finished the congestion and pain had gone . I felt 100% better than I did walking in an hour ago . I also weighed myself when I went home and Reena had managed to remove 2lbs of pain from me . I felt amazing . Thank you so much .

An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Reena was friendly and professional throughout, we had a quick consultation which talked me through the proceedure and answered any questions i had as this was my first time. Very clean and tidy premises which was easy to find due to Reena’s detailed directions which included where to find free parking. Overall i am very happy and would highly recommend HC Clinic if you are thinking of colonic cleansing. Reena, you’re a star !

Reena was absolutely amazing with me, I did struggle through the treatment as I had a lot of gas but after the treatment, I definitely felt a lot lighter!
