I cannot explain how marvellous ZOT ambulance service is. From Shariq who took my call to the 4 gents that turned up including Kevin, Sharaf, and Tomas. They were completely professional, friendly and made an already stressful situation so much better. I cannot thank you all enough. A huge thank you to the excellent Zot ambulance crew, Ola and partner who made our stretcher journey for an urgent CT head scan at Hammersmith punctual, smooth, efficient and comfortable. From start to finish they were cheerful, professional, kind and thorough making sure my husband was safe and secure for the journey. Once we arrived Ola ensured my husband had a private space whilst he waited and, having arrived absolutely on time, we went straight into the scanning room where they helped transfer him on and off the scanner table. I cannot recommend ZOT highly enough for making our whole experience very positive and seamless including the booking process. Having previously had long waits for patient transport at weekends we were delighted the whole trip including the scan was completed in record time. A special thank you to Ola and her partner for being so brilliant!
