American Food Store

A good place to get your USA sweet tooth fix. Be warned, it is pricey due to the import fees but worth it if you really want something.

it has all the American candys, and food. It’s abit pricey like jolly ranchers are £4.00 but it’s worth your money.

Absolute deplorable behaviour from the lady behind the counter today. I called regarding a parcel that was delayed in being delivered to me by 13 days. I was given a number to the parcel carrier that did not work at first and then called in to the food store to possibly reorder the product I needed. The individual working at the American food store was absolutely rude, impatient and began to argue with me when I wanted help to reorder the product, as I had spoken to her superior a few days before and they had told me that it was possible and to call back so that it would be arranged free of charge, since the loss was on their end. When I tried to call back her response was " I am too busy to deal with you, I have customers" and would try to keep the line busy! When I asked to speak with someone else, she stated that she was the only one there and when I asked for her name, she hung up the phone. Apologies, but am I not a customer as well? Deplorable and embarrassing behaviour for this company to say the least. I have ordered from them before and had no problems but the experience today with this employee has encouraged me to allow for another customer to take my place, as I no longer wish to be a faithful customer to the store.

Ordered online and the food items were 6 months past the use by date. Tried contacting for a refund or exchange but no reply after multiple attempts. Wouldn’t recommend using them.

I plan to visit this shop that is why I looked it up. I have not been there yet. I visited this shop and they sell nice protein snack bars. Not very much USA goods and groceries in there. It's more of a sweetie shop. Tiny USA flags sold.

This store has a great selection of American goods. They have cheetos, wheat thins, and so many other snacks. They've got more types of pop tarts than I've ever seen! Lots of La Croix and Ranch options as well. They keep most of their drinks refrigerated. Lots of baking supplies as well. Thanksgiving good available year round.

They have some American themed decorations for 4th of July as well.

Be extra vigilant because a lot of the products are expired and if you don't check everything you'll only realise when you'll be at home. I had to return some biscuits with a Best Before date in Nov 21 (it's now Feb 22)... The guy pretended he did not know.. but did not even try to check on the shelf if any other packets had a different date :( Not impressed with this shop.
