I won a prize from a claw machine under the promise I could swap it for another prize I got it after £50 and they didn't swap it, so they scammed me, would not recommend

Awful place rude staff to the children in there and a man called Jason who apparently owns it was very rude and aggresive he upset my children wouldn't recommend to anyone dump of a place save your money and go elsewhere 😕
