Great decor. Great service. Great games. Best coffee in town! You really do get looked after here. Even hot food now being offered whilst playing the machines. Staff always know how to provide the entertainment to make a great atmosphere!

Staff are very friendly, always polite, very helpful if any problem arises will do there best to help, also cleaning and offering drinks or snacks, grate atmosphere and customer service, grate promotions, best casino/slots venue I’ve been to

The services is down if you have a problem with ticket or is a mistake they don't fix the problem they give you a number of customers care and you have to call by self 😅 i was have a ticket of 80 pounds and when i want to take money from yellow machine was invalid .. o left ticket there and i have to come back tommorow because the manager does not answer at phone maybe was sleeping or tired, i will never go there and i not recomand , if you lose money lose instantly if you win you have to come back next day for money🤣
