My parents got married here and renewed their vows and as a child I did several marches and parades, finishing in a service here. I was recently in the area and wanted to share with my children and fiance who never got to meet their grandparents. It was a bit unloved from the outside and signs had been removed from the front.we didn't attempt to go in as it looked all locked up, not sure if it's being renovated or knocked down. We took pictures to save the memories anyway and of the post office opposite as my Dad worked there. Bit sad to see such a lovely church unkempt.

Had to go there for a wedding rehearsal. Have not been in St Mark's before a lovely church. The stain glass windows are one of the best I have seen.

Simple early morning service. Alas no sermon (not even a short one or a commentary on the readings). Friendly people, will go again if the opportunity arises.
