St John's Locks Heath

Visited St John the Baptist Church of England church on the sad occasion of my Aunties funeral. On a cold and wet October day, it was a relief that the church was heated. A grand old place, full of character. The pews were as comfortable as they could be. The service itself was very respectful and all my Aunties wishes. Sad occasion, but a lovely church..

I visited here with my Mum and young son. Everyone was really warm and friendly, it was maybe the most welcoming church I’ve ever been to! I hope to come again next time I’m in the area.

A great community feel. No reason to be lonely, just get involved at St John's. Every one is so welcoming. Love it.

Lovely Christmas feeling with decorated trees by local clubs, schools & organisations vying to win best tree while schoolchildren sang carols. Church staff & volunteers so kind & helpful
