This Church reaches into the community and beyond as it works hard to alleviate poverty through its work with the National Debt Service called CAP (Christians Against Poverty). Everyone should be aware of CAP and seek help if debt is a problem. Emmanuel is a 'living, breathing, worshipping, serving Church's proclaiming Jesus as Lord and Saviour. What could be better?

I came here many years ago with my dad and sister, they made us welcome as a family, I joined a group called 'pathfinders' at the time for juniors to teens thank you it was a magical time for me growing up going on trips to making woodland camps and making friends as well as Sunday worship. 🕊️

The Emmanuel Church is welcoming and teaches the truth about Jesus. It doesn't force, frighten or bewilder people to follow Christ. There is much joy in the Emmanuel Church. People from all ages and other religions are encouraged to visit and join the Church.It has group's for everyone and ways to be involved in the church. Just attending a service or chatting is ok!

Just a fabulous Church where the TRUTH of God's word is preached and not some wishy-washy, politically correct version. It's also a place where in my experience the people are so kind, loving and non-judgemental which is another rarity these days. They do so many things for so many people regardless of age, race, religion or "social standing" - amazing place.
