I attended Handel's Messiah here. I was received in a very welcoming manner and shown to my seat. Everything was greatly organised, and I absolutely enjoyed my evening! The church itself is beautifully decorated; that, coupled with the wondrous music and chorus, created an ambient atmosphere. I couldn't wish for a better night!

It's a lovely church in Knightsbridge. Very tranquil inside, just a few meters from a hectic part of London.
Some interesting art and generally pretty.
It was a delightful concert with good acoustics.

I didn't go in, only visited to see the First Aid Nursing Yeomanry memorial on an outer wall, which is why 5 stars .
All of the brave women died during service for their country, amongst those remembered here are members of the SOE, who in WW2 served behind enemy lines, and were caught and murdered by the Germans.
FANY served in many theatres of war, another nine shown were on a ship sunk by the Japanese.
They must always be remembered.

Give a church less than four stars and you might find yourself in a bit of strife at the pearly gates.
If you believe in that sort of thing of course.
Anyway, I digress.
Having been well versed in visiting churches (from an architectural standpoint) I found this particular church to be solemn, atmospheric and churchy...pretty much as you'd expect from a church. Not a fantastic church architecturally but perhaps it has other qualities I did not see. Nevertheless four stars in minimum here.
Amen.

Really nice Church in Knight Bridge it has amazing reliefs around the walls, the acoustics are very good for Singers and Classical music and it has a good ambience.

Get free tickets from BBC to see and hear BBC singers. Acoustics are fantastic, but pews can be a bit numbing after a while. Still able to hear one of the best choirs in the world for free. Can't really complain.

Very pretty little church where I went to listen to some classical music and German opera. Very cute place.
