I have been attending this lovely old church for several years and feel very sad that with the retirement of Father Paul Christian who had been rector here for over 25 years we are now in limbo 'an interregnum' it is called! Fortunately we have been able to carry on holding services with the help of several other retired priests who come to our aid. With Rememberance Sunday approaching it is sad to read in our local parish magazine that " many villagers do not know there is a war memorial in the churchyard " therefore it is planned to hold this commemoration in another part of the village with the installation of a new memorial in the form of a large stone with the names of the war dead inscribed on it. I feel this is another "nail in the coffin" as it were of our parish church

Marvellously historic and atmospheric place of worship. Wish I could live here somehow, powerful sense of the Divine

There are not many times your Bride will turn up in a wedding in a Helicopter, but for Charlotte, her Husband to be surprised her with one lol Although she was a bit late at getting there, the whole ceremony ran smoothly. Lovely old church, with plenty of places for myself to move around to get photos.
