A haunting experience, total country side experience. Time it so you are there to miss trains, so peace is not shattered. The church is being affected by the train track, it's moving. Was also used in a hammer house horror film.

Long way from anywhere out on it's own.

I found it locked with no key holder notice. Church is redundant and now in the care of the Friends of Friendless Churches. Very remote church. Had to walk through a barley field to reach it.

Medieval church. I think it is being restored at the moment. Scaffolding on the building.

Quiet and peaceful. Not open ATM but I'm hoping to return soon.

Such an area of tranquility in a busy world. The church and grounds are well maintained. I love my time of visiting and reflection here. Will make sure I visit when they hold an open event so I can experience the inside of the building too!

Lovely and remote setting. No other buildings around. Not sure why people say you have to walk through a field - there is a clear track off New Road. Just follow Google maps to navigate there. Shame not used more, would be a lovely setting for weddings (as long as not too many trains going by, unless you like trains that is). Can see from train between Huntingdon and Peterborough.
