All Saints' Barry (Church in Wales)

We sat in the garden on Saturday evening and ate our fish from Irene's . Very serene. Noticed the tree in the sw corner. Suggest you cut all ivy at base as it is strangling the tree. The ivy is a parasite. Part of the tree is till healthy. It can revitalize if it does not compete with the ivy.
We'd have come Sunday but our three weeks in Wales is over and we fly back to Canada at 7 am .We liked all the memorial tributes in the garden. Probably cost a fraction of what our columbarium cost. Our funeral industry is very profitable at the expense of Jane q public.Blessings.Callie and Al

A wonderful friendly welcome and an interesting service loved this place

A classic Victorian renaissance church with a separate hall to the rear. I have never been in the church although it is well attended especially at week ends. I have been to a local meeting in the hall, and although limited in space is still utilitarian.

Have never been in this church...liked how the sun shone high windows through on to the altar...
