St. Bartholomew's Church is accessible by public footpaths via the Llanover Estate or by road. It is Grade II listed (since 1956) and constructed of Old Red Sandstone, with parts of the building dating from the 14th Century. The tomb of Benjamin and Augusta Hall are in the yard. The bell, "Big Ben," in Elizabeth Tower in London is apparently named after Benjamin Hall.
