Church of St. Mary the Virgin Hay-On-Wye

A very warm and welcoming sacred place.

Here for a string quartet recital as part of the Hay Festival. A packed church and well deserved too, the Szymanowski Quartet were superb.

Lovely place I sometimes go to Mass there when I stay with my family.

Lovely old church tucked away off the main road. Nice Norman bell tower with flagpole tha I helped repair. Lovely people too!
