Honest, friendly, caring and very fair pricing
Very efficient, always get an appointment in a timely fashion and friendly staff.
The staff there are also very helpful. Amy and Megan are always on hand to answer questions I have about Mylo and I really like the fact that they can remember you and your pet by name. It feels as though they truly care about you and your pet as individuals, unlike other places where they treat you as the next number.
Something else I’d like to commend the centre for is heir fair pricing. Again, it is evident that they care more about the health of your pets, rather than lining their pockets like most vets.
The Vets there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They do an amazing job at explaining what is happening and are happy to answer any questions you have. I’ve always walked in there stressed due to not knowing what’s wrong with Mylo and walk out feeling that everything will be okay.
Recently, I had to take him in to be checked out after he was not feeling too good, the vet (Alex) could instantly tell what was wrong with Mylo having asked a few questions and was quickly able to set a plan to get him better. Low and behold, once the result came back, it transpired that Alex was right on the money, and I was so relieved because acting quick to treat Mylo meant that by the time we had the full results back he was already on the mend, and by the weekend I felt as though Mylo was back 100%.
Id highly recommends this veterinary practice as they are an amazing team who will always make you feel welcomed, and most importantly make you feel as though you are a friend to the centre.
So, thank you all for looking after Mylo and to joy of looking after him for the foreseeable future.
