Shannon at Ilford was quite possible the sweetest assistant ever. The compassion she showed me today. Genuinely a lovely lady. She deserves to be recognised for her care. Had to have my cat put down. She prepared him, checked he was gone as he was twitching. She asked if we wanted to be present. What a star

Good service, vets very caring to my dog. Unfortunately, PDSA can only provide essential services. General care as not been reinstated since the beginning of of the the Covid virus. This makes the perfunctory care expensive for people on benefits. Ie injection, neutering

The care was first time in a long time I've been there..they were attentive listening and gave my dog well careful and passionate care. All the staff were friendly and polite and helped in every aspect we requested and provided information to make things straight forward for me to know what had been done and what needed doing. 5 star highly recommend and I highly urge donations to keep this type of establishment open and running!

Good service, knowledgeable vet and extremely cheap compared to private vets, though one has to qualify (benefits etc). Shame we had to wait SO long to see the vet presumably it's about lack of staff and £. Perhaps we should all donate £ to improve the wait time.

Really kind vets. My daughter's rat (Sam) was put to sleep. She was very upset but process was quick and painless and my daughter was made to understand that this was the kindest thing to do as he was dying and very ill. We were able to take him home to bury him. RIP Sam.

My beautiful Sebastian passed away a month ago, he's home now, carefully delivered and safe.
Over the years I have had 12 cats put to rest all by this same crematorium.
Can't speak too highly of them, wonderful. Thanks so much xxxx
